What deodorant should I choose for myself?

We have 3 categories for our range:

light, medium and heavy sweaters.

- If you barely sweat and have minimal to light body odour, we suggest you use any of the light sweater deodorants, however you can benefit from the entire range should you like to try the different scents.

- If you are a medium sweater with some bouts of body odour then we recommend the medium sweater deodorants as well as the heavy sweater ones to counteract the body odour you may experience.

- If you are a heavy sweater who encounters persistent body odour, we highly recommend that you stick to our heavy sweater range that has been specifically formulated to target body odour.

Our deodorants are formulated with the understanding that sweating is a vital and natural bodily function, crucial for temperature regulation and overall well-being. Our unique formula doesn't aim to block this essential process, but rather, it focuses on maintaining the delicate balance of your body's pH levels. By doing so, it reduces the occurrence of unpleasant body odour, without interfering with your body's natural cooling mechanism.

Why have my deodorants, balms and rubs softened and melted?
O
P

When it comes to our natural formulations, we take your health seriously. That's why we avoid the use of stabilizers or synthetic chemicals in our formulations. Stabilizers, often found in conventional deodorants, rubs and balms can disrupt the delicate balance of the natural ingredients in our product. Without these additives, our products can be affected by heat and cold. When exposed to high temperatures, they may soften or melt, while freezing temperatures can cause them to harden. To maintain the integrity of our products, store them in a cool, stable environment, out of direct sunlight and hot rooms to enjoy the benefits of truly natural care. We believe in keeping things pure and simple, providing you with a product range that's effective, safe, and harmonious with your body's natural processes and a reminder of our dedication to clean, chemical-free ingredients.

Why are my balms and rubs grainy?
O
P

The graininess in your natural balms and muscle rubs can be attributed to temperature variations when storing your products. When formulating these products, natural ingredients like beeswax, shea butter, or coconut oil are often used. These ingredients can solidify and form small grains or crystals when exposed to temperature fluctuations. When these products are stored in an environment with fluctuating temperatures, such as exposure to heat followed by cooling, it can exacerbate the issue. To prevent graininess, maintaining a stable, cool storage environment out of direct sunlight is essential, ensuring that your balms and muscle rubs remain smooth and consistent in texture.

Can I still use my products if they become grainy in texture?
O
P

When a product becomes grainy, it typically doesn't affect the healing benefits it offers to the body. In fact, the graininess is often a cosmetic issue rather than a functional one. The natural ingredients in balms and muscle rubs, like essential oils, beeswax, and other therapeutic compounds, remain unchanged, and their healing properties are still intact. When you apply a grainy product to your skin, the heat from your body quickly melts the grains, allowing the active ingredients to disperse evenly. This means that the product will still effectively deliver its intended benefits, such as soothing sore muscles, relieving tension, or nourishing the skin, despite its grainy texture. So, while the texture might not be as smooth as desired, the product's healing properties remain fully effective.

My honey is crystalised and is no longer runny?
O
P

Your honey has crystallized because it's 100% pure natural honey that hasn't been heated during the extraction process. This cold-pressed method preserves all the natural health remedies in the honey, but it also causes the sugars to form crystals over time. Crystallization is a natural process that doesn't affect the quality or taste of the honey; you can gently warm it up to 20⁰ to return it to a liquid state if desired. Do not exceed 30⁰ when heating as you will destroy any healing properties found within the honey.
